'““I love Pilates, and was able to get into the best shape of my life for the next 10 years.  Unfortunately, family, school and work got in the way until I retired.  Getting back into Pilates was a promise I made to myself. My favorite Pilates move, although there are many, is probably the Short Spinal Massage on the Reformer.  I have made many wonderful friends since coming to CSP and am looking forward to not only exercising with my friends, but also teaching them in Mat classes”! ~ Sandy W.
